Our Timeline

I have had a request from someone going through an adoption to tell about our timeline.
July 2004 Began our paperchase!
October Homestudy completed
December Dossier completed. Sent to our stateside facilitator.
She held on to it through the Orange Revolution.
January Dossier sent to Ukraine to be translated.
February Dossier submitted to NAC.
March 16th Sent letter to NAC via facilitator requesting a summer
appointment.
April 18th Heard that we have a date sometime in July.
May 24th Received the call we were waiting on. Appointment
date in July 11th. We must fly out on July 9th.

Right now we are just trying to get airline tickets. Yikes! Expensive!! They must be exchangable/refundable so that increases the cost. So far we think they will cost about $2,000 per person. We're still looking though!
